Product Rules

Product rules enable you to show questions and answers in the configurator under specific conditions.

When your customer makes a selection, ConfigBox checks the rules and shows or hides the regarding questions and answers.

CB checks for conflicts (e.g. your customer changes an answer that makes other answers invalid). You can set various strategies for how CB resolves these conflicts.

Setting up product rules is done with a user-friendly drag'n'drop editor where you set a logical combination of conditions. In the on-screen help and the manual you find comprehensive information on how to use the editor.
